D E L I V E R Y
All our bags are made to order and can take up to 15 working days to be delivered unless they are being delivered internationally; in which case it may take a little longer.

All our products are delivered by an independent delivery company not connected or controlled by Noble-Handmade. Therefore the responsibility and ownership of the product, as well as the risk of loss, passes to the customer as soon as the product is passed on to our delivery company

R E T U R N S
If there is a fault with the leather or an error in the workmanship upon arrival it will need to be proven, as each hide is different and stretch marks or other blemishes can be natural and common. Please get in touch within 10 days of delivery and we can discuss any issues with you on a case by case basis. Otherwise we do not offer refunds to our customers.
